If you’ve been dreaming of large affordable acreage in the country wait till you see this 340 Acres. A gated entrance leads you to a custom built home in a beautiful setting of mature pecan trees and stunning landscape. Don’t be surprised if you’re asked to host holiday gatherings since you can accomodate your guests with separate guest quarters. The 60 x 40′ metal building has been clad with stone and offers two bedrooms with full bath and kitchen on one end; with game room on the other. Feel your stress melt away while enjoying your private pool or dining al fresco under covered dining area with fireplace.
Since this acreage offers great hunting for hog, deer, and ducks you will find two guest cabins with pavilion for overnight guests. The game cleaning station and walk-in cooler are also very convenient.
Other features of this property include fencing and cross fencing with a mixture of pastures and dense woods. The property is currently under Ag valuation for timber and hay (who doesn’t love low property taxes). Hay cuttings three times a year will also give you additional income.
Finally you can enjoy the change of seasons in style and comfort in the country.

I would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about us. We are a husband and wife real estate team. Brent grew up in Waller and always wanted to move back there. In 1992 we purchased land in northeast Waller County, setup a travel trailer, and would come out every weekend to clear. It was harder each time we came out to go back to Houston.
Brent had always been interested in real estate and decided that being a realtor would give us the opportunity to move back. In 1999 he earned his real estate license and in 2003 I got mine. In May 2019 I became a broker and we opened Red Dirt Realty Group.
We have never regretted our decision to go into real estate - it's never boring, every deal is different, unique, offers challenges, but always rewarding.
